guess thats the fix they meant when they said this
“Fixed an issue that allowed players to skip the Molten Effigy boss in the Molten Boss fractal.”
except the ranking system is separate from matchmaking system, thus debunking your idea that it isn’t a grind fest. High mmr players will match with high mmr players whether they are in amber or ruby, while low mmr players will match with low mmr players. This doesn’t make sense because ranking should indicate the quality of players you face, and mmr should be based off that but it simply isn’t the case.
Seems like morwath got stomped by some premades and is now on a kitten crusade. Lmao the biggest whiner I’ve seen. Nowhere does it state a diamond player cannot queue with an amber player. Thats not a flaw, thats not an exploit. If anet wants to implement restrictions based off divisions at some point, they can. As it stands now that is not implemented, so its not a rule. Its not like they are bypassing some MMR restriction lmao is this guy serious?
Also, stop complaining about running into premades. It’s the nature of this type of queue. Where teams, and solo players share the same league its going to happen. This isn’t solo queue. If you want to solo queue in an everything queue, then thats your problem. I agree this league system is dumb, team and solo queue should be seperated but thats simply not the case at this time. Please stop crying
I think everyone is missing the point of why Diamond/Ruby premades take an Amber or Emerald player with them. It’s because if their MMR is that high, and in diamond they literally “Cannot” get a queue playing solo. Literally they will not find a game no matter how long they wait. They would sit in queue for days.
The queuing system is literally broken. In turn, this effects everyone because they are “forced” to take a lower MMR just to get a game, which does lower their team’s MMR. Maybe some pro’s are exploiting this, but I would like to believe most are doing it simply to play ranked pvp.
i dont even see how anyone can get penalized for a crash, considering gw2 has been a crashfest since HoT release
i usually run s/x (mostly shield, but depends on encounters and such) and GS for general pve/events
So the light heritage chest armor and the light kodan boots both make every shield clip through my charrs arm. It looks like it changes the position of the shield completely and its not just armor clipping.
mained mesmer throughout gw1
its just a typo man. what they meant was “Dead in one-on-one combat”
caed and sizer are the two i can think of off the top of my head
So, I haven’t played this game in awhile and came back because of HoT. Can someone confirm for me, I thought thieves had a trait somewhere in acrobatics that every time you dodged you got some endurance back. It turned out something like if you dodged twice you ended up with 1 bar of endurance for 1 extra dodge.
Now if I’m not mistaken (which I could be) all other classes’ elite specializations have changed their F1 skills in some way, whereas thief got… something we already had in a form of an extra endurance bar? Why did all the other classes’ F1 mechanics change with their elite specializations and the thief get a rehashed mechanic that was taken away from us? This seems really dumb if its the case but I’m unsure if this is what happened. Can anyone confirm?
y is every1 so mad in this thread?
