With your posted video and build, were you going for a hybrid build? It confused me. You mention conditions and your amulet isn’t a condi amulet, it’s power.

Beastmastery is nice because the pet hits harder, lives longer and the blind/taunt is amazing. I think the taunt part works every 14 seconds (I think). It’s defensive and offensive. If you use a bird, every 6 seconds you can use the f2 bleed.

I tried your build and i have to say is much better! I used to run with power amulet not for condi but for toughness and vitality. Now i’m using carrion and it’s op!
To be honest I tought that w/o toughness i would die easy :p

But, just to be clear, I am open new ways of doing this/looking at it (without druid spec for now). Because I have tried all types of variations and scenarios….and I keep coming back, over and over again to the current build I posted.

The only changes that I think are up to the person is the heal and whether someone goes carrion or settler. One gives toughness—and healing and one gives about 10k more hitpoints

I’ve tried nearly every change imaginable and the build just doesn’t perform right.

I have went with full amounts of ridiculous condi damage from traits/sigils etc—and it’s just too soft.

I dont know about carrion… no toughness is good enough? i will try this one !
In my opinion almost 10k more hp is much better than healing. I can handle multiple target and avoid being one shotted by others.

As regard the build , i see beastmastery more offensive while nature magic more defensive(autoheal) build . Honestly i’ve never tried switch to beastmastery and i will sure give it a try.

I was thinking of playing that Trapper Druid with Glyph of Tides.
Did you give it a thought? Pulling the people into your traps results in immediate root, bleeds, successful trap and what not. It’s an incredible potential.

It sounds cool! I just miss heart of thorns … can’t play druid

I played a bit as a druid, but I don’t really like the gameplay.
With revenant all-around, my pew pew build is not effective anymore.
I would like to go back as a trapper, looking for good builds.

Nice video. What runes, sigils, specs etc do u use?

As rune you must run with Superior rune of the Trapper. It gives you stealth and super speed.

As Sigil I used : Superior rune of geomancy x2, Doom , Corruption

Soldier Amulet for Heart of the mist.

For wvw i’m farming to get ascended gear with toughness, vitality and cond dmg but i will take a lot.
