My brother got it to work. He changed the DNS servers to Google and now it runs perfectly.

I made a bit more room, so 48gb total. If that isn’t enough, I’d be very surprised.

The game is installed, it’s just the updates/patches I need to get, which is around 5 or 6gb. I should have enough space, otherwise it’d probably tell me so.

I have a feeling it might be related to security issues.

Thanks for trying to help. I’ll try to keep this updated.

I have plenty of space in D drive, which is where I’m trying to save.

I’m still having issues with it. Nothing seems to be working. I updated my GPU and such, just in case it was that. Made sure my antivirus and firewall are allowing Guild Wars 2 to access the internet. I’m really stumped and I’m not overly tech-savvy.

Okay, I updated my original post with the text file of the test I did.

I just bought the game today and tried to play it. So after it installs, it downloads about 5gb worth of stuff (I’m assuming patches) and when it hits 100%, I get a message at the bottom saying “Download Failed! Please check your internet connection and try again. (2)”

Any idea what it is? I’ve tried un-installing it and then starting all over again and it did the same thing. I have an attached picture of what I see.
