Im pretty sure the Sigil of Strength is 1 Orichalcum Ingot 2 Onyx Lodestone 1 Glob of Ectoplasm (Weaponsmith). But not sure about Purity or Fire.

I ran into this also. Try un-equipping the item that your trying to transmutate. I think both items have to be in your bag.

-Primeval Armor Skin (Helmet) from gem shop
-Didnt notice the problem playing this morning. When i logged on later, noticed the beard sticking out of the helmet
