I’m slowly coming back to playing this game and am a bit rusty, but I can not for the life of me figure out a good power build for my Mesmer. Anyone have recommendations on some fun power Mes roaming builds? Thanks

But seriously, Confusion was not overpowered. People just need to not have “1” on auto-attack and, oh I dunno, pay attention to the little icons that pop up on your character.

Also, why are they removing blocking treb shots? It actually took coordination to do that as well….weeeeee

I made a montage of my Mesmer yanking/pushing people off of cliffs in different scenarios. There is actually a pretty impressive one at the end of the video where a guildy and I threw about 8-10 people off of a cliff :-) Take a gander and watch the video for some Lulz (then watch my other videos!) Great topic! Here is a montage of my own. I run a power/shatter build with an emphasis on removing boons (I trait for shatters to remove boons). Let me know what everyone thinks!

Hmmm, I’m not sure to be honest with you. I edited the montage in Windows Movie Maker and added the music in that way. I’ve never had an issue with getting my music to stay in my videos. Sorry :-S

Hi all! Just wanted to share my montage I made of some of the random fights I have had as a mesmer in WvW. I run a shatter/power build, with an emphasis on stripping boons as well (I trait for shatters to remove a boon). The build is really fun and I’ve gotten quite good at surviving with it. We have an elite AOE stealth that applies stealth for 5 seconds on a 90 sec CD and veil applies stealth for 4 seconds on a 90 sec CD (granted you can roll through it twice for a total of 8 seconds, but not a constant 8 sec stealth).

I would LOVE to use this utility if it wasn’t on such a long CD. I feel like 60 secs would be sufficient enough; it wouldn’t be overpowered that way and it would give mesmers a reason to CONSIDER it. I dunno, I guess I feel like Veil of Invisibilty and Mass Invisibilty are too similar…..

Anyone else have some thoughts?
