Guild Wars 2

Hi, I cannot launch the game. Whenever i double click the icon i just get the “report to arena net” window. All i can do is click report then rinse and repeat. Cant join cant update patch, cant do anything. I even uninstalled the game and downloaded it again, changed my password and to no avail. THIS HAS BEEN THE CASE SINCE THE 19th.

I have sent countless emails, i have recieved a ticket, all i got was a password reset… are you guys serious? i apologize if i come off as a bit rude but this is just ridiculous.. I have been trying to get a solution for close to 3 days now.. ever since the patch came in. Everyone else has had their game work except mine..

I’m committed to this game so 3 days lost time is a loss to me reward wise and farming wise.

I’ve been trying to log in the game since the 19th at around 10 GMT and still to no avail. This is utterly ridiculous. I uninstalled the game and downloaded another and still i keep getting the same message of reporting the problem to arena net. I’m very disappointed that it takes 3 days almost to fix a problem.
