When I saw the Bag-Slot Value Pack today in the Gem Store, it looked like a really good deal, so I went over to the upgrades tab to check what the regular price of a Bag Slot Expansion was. When I read the description, I got excited thinking this was a much better option that getting a Bank Slot Expansion cause I could just throw another 20 slot bag on each of my characters and have way more storage than a Bank Tab could provide. But alas, that isn’t the case. I’d much rather have an additional Bank Tab than one additional bag slot on just one of my characters. Is there any way to get a refund on my items?

I am aware that most Gem Store purchases aren’t available for a refund, but that’s why I’m laying down all the facts so you can see exactly where I’m coming from. I haven’t used the consumable Bag Slot Expansion item nor have I used the 3 Item Boosters from the pack. Normally I’d submit a support ticket, but after doing some research on Gem Store refunds, it seems like people have more luck inquiring about it on the forums. Any assistance on this matter will be much appreciated.

You’re clearly not playing on the right server. I just reached level 80 with my Sylvari Ranger and with almost every quest did and dynamic event I participated in there were other people around, either passing by on their own adventures or joining in with the fun. I love this game! I think it’s by far one of the best MMORPG’s to come along in a long, long time. And this is mostly because of the emphasis on teamwork. So I don’t know what you’re talking about. It sounds like you’re on a very low population world. Switch to Yak’s Bend or Northern Shiverpeaks and make a new character. Perhaps that will change your mind.

I have a follow-up question. Would it be possible to make a second account with a different e-mail address but using the same serial code I used with the first account? I’m asking because I just found out that some other friends of mine play, but they are on a different server than the one I am currently on, and I don’t want to move my whole account over to a new server because I have friends on the server I am currently on. I hope that made sense.

Basically, I want to know if it’s possible to have characters on two different servers without having to purchase another copy of the game. Thank you for any help on this.
