I bought it digitally from buy.guildwars2.com and submitted a support ticket like you said. It says that a member of their support team will get back to me soon. I assume it will be via email.
I bought this game a few days ago and the FoV is too low, and the game is unplayable without nausea every 20 minutes, unless I increase it via windowed mode. It’s partly my fault for not doing more research before I bought it, but since I physically cannot play this game in fullscreen I don’t know what to do, other than ask if I can get my money back.
