850w tells nothing…..What brand? 12v rail amps? single or multi rail? If it a multi rail design are you sure your not overloading the rail the GPU is connected to?
you cant just look at the watt rating to tell if its enough juice. A quality 550w psu can out preform cheap offbrand 750-850w in some cases just because of the way they are built.
Either way its the psu, never go cheap on them.

Its your power supply. Either too small or dieing, post specs please.
Exzar has no clue what he is talking about, although he did make me laugh with that stupid babble.
Zerg was just asking a question, nothing rude with that at all. Without all the info of your system its hard to figure out what your problem is.
The problem is your CPU is the bare min AND your running onboard video.
IF your motherboard(assuming its a desktop and not a laptop, you didn’t say) and power supply can support it a cheap graphics card would help a little. With the age and speed of the CPU you wont see great gains with any upgrade. I would not recommend spending a lot of money on it though as that CPU is far past EOL from a gaming perspective.
Minimum specs just mean the game will run, not run well just run. To get true playable frame rates you need to look into a complete new system.

When do you see this? is it all the time or after a while in game? if it starts after your in game for a bit it could be from overheating.
As myng said make sure your drivers are up to date. Clean the vents on your laptop with a can of air to ensure proper air flow. Keep it on a hard surface so the vents are not obstructed. Hopefully its just a driver or heat issue that can be easily(ish?) resolved.
it really has nothing to do with the GW2 client at all. i’m running a mild oc on my cpu(2600k@4.2) and running my 660 Ti at 1201mHz(power target 123%, clock offset +123MHz mem +46) with zero problems.
Overclock is about getting your system stable via voltage increase if needed and other tweaks. If your overclock was stable you should have no problems, if not well you already know. Its always a gamble when overclocking and some programs are more sensitive to slightly unstable clocks than others.
Can you run the game with an overclocked PC? yes
Will GW be stable at your current clocks? only if your system is truly stable

Its not the motherboard, its the case. The case does not have a usb 3.0 header plug for the front panel. You find this on slightly older cheaper cases built around the time USB 3.0 came out. It has nothing to do with the motherboard.
only 1 idiot here, you can find him in your closest mirror. stop smashing buttons and clicking wildly random spots or use the simple fix i explained in my first post.
or just cry and blame Anet as that is much easier and fixes your problem.

yea, the blue USB 3.0 plug on the I/O panel(there are 2 of them, both the same thing) like i said in my last post…..
plug the display into your kitten video card and not into the onboard video plugs on the motherboard and your problem will be solved.
why bother having multiple displays if your not going to use them? I have had this problem in any game that has a cursor on screen for years. Its a multi display problem and not a GW2 client problem. If you don’t want to use the easy fix and take advantage of having multiple displays then disable your other displays while you play or be careful where you click. Those are your options, gl.

To add to myng’s post…
if you are plugged into the card and you have checked the cables I would try to reseat the card. Shipping a pc with video cards installed is never a good idea anyway due to the weight of the cards and the way packages are handled in transit.
As for the USB cable hanging out the back the only time i have seen this is on cheap cases with no USB 3.0 header plugs for the front panel. The cable would be plugged into a usb 3.0 plug on the I/O panel to get the front ports to work.
Your not plugging the monitor into the graphics card if the port is vertical. 670s do not have blue VGA plugs. The graphics card will have 2 white DVI ports in a horizontal position, 1 HDMI port and 1 DP(display port). You are plugging the monitor into dead connections.

The onboard video should have been disabled when they built it so you need to connect the monitor to the video card.
Run it in windowed fullscreen mode. It wont minimize and you can easily jump to a browser or IM/Skype window while keeping an eye on the game.
I run AVG antivirus. I temporarily disabled it and it let me accept the user agreement immediately. Maybe this will help someone else.
tytyty, I did the same and could finaly log in.
