We’re a new guild looking to not just be successful in WvW, but to beat the tried-and-true tradition of zerging in WvW. We reside in StormBluff Isle
Requirements: We’re not picky about the composition and skill of our members, but we do demand 100% Representation and TeamSpeak (no mic required).
PvE: Since this provides the primary funding, it goes hand-in-hand with WvW. As long as we have access to siege weapon blueprints, we will be okay. It is preferable to not use Badges of Honor to obtain siege weapons. Therefore, it would be preferable to ask for help from others who would be available.
sPvP: We do not participate directly in sPvP, but it is used to provide practice PvP. The improvements made here are expected to show in WvW.
Guild Organization: We use a crew-based democratic structure. 5 members get together to form a crew and select a leader amongst themselves via popular vote. When 5 crews exist, these crews get together to form a company and select a leader amongst the 5 crew leaders via popular vote (only the crew leaders vote).
Performance requirements: Every once in a while, a leader’s capabilities may be called into question. Whether due to known lack of participation, riding along with a zerg, or underperforming otherwise, it is considered reasonable to veto/demote the leader in question, prompting the respective crew/company to elect a new leader.

The problem about auto-attacking occurs out of a need to push buttons. I get really disappointed that my autoattack is better than my GS Whirlwind (want to switch to 1h sword, but still need the torch), but I push that god kitten button anyway, out of a natural need to push buttons.
On the Drednyte topic:
There is certainly a rivalry between KAIN and PRO. As a respected advisor of KAIN, when they talked about members of PRO coming into the guild, I was quite vocal that no former members of PRO would join.
The drama we see right here is an excellent example of why I remain adamant about this. If we were having this drama happen with former PRO members in our guild, it would present a conflict of interest between membership in KAIN and loyalty to PRO, both with former PRO members and respected KAIN members. When things get emotional, it would be too easy to put the finger at alleged spies.
The rule I’m putting out there is simply: “The flag you fly during a rivalry cannot be thrown away.”
And now, as a respected member of KAIN, here is my comment to Drednyte: “You are being such a jerk! Run back to your server and stay there!”
