Hello, I signed up for the Tournament of Glory the day after the opening of registrations, to be sure to partecipate. The ToG starts tomorrow for the European qualifications and I think that all teams have been advised time before, right? My team and I chosed the 2nd weekend of European qualifications (4-5 October), when will we be contacted to partecipate? We want to be sure of it to organise ourself. Thanks.

My brother’s account was released and he send a new serial code for reactivate it but after 3 days again nothing. He can’t play from 21 days.

My friend had a problem, his account was suspended and after he contacted the support that answered this way:

“At this time, we have reviewed your account and have decided to release the account to you. The serial code has been permanently disabled as a result of the purchase using a fraudulent credit or debit card or stolen PayPal account.

In order to regain access to the game, you must re-purchase Guild Wars 2 again and apply a new, valid code to your account. The question is: how can he use a new serial code with that account?
