funny how many of you /laughed repeatedely when you guys pretty much outnumbered us 3 to 1. Even funnier how you didn’t /laugh anymore when those 30 pretty much wiped all 80.

Very well…. Then what can I do to get my account re-enabled? This is what I’ve been asking for over a month now.
If the first week I would’ve been told to buy a new serial code to activate this account I would have done it.

The same charge has been reinstated. Which means I’ve payed for it but I don’t have access to my purchase. I included the information required to clear this out in my ticket.
What else do you want me to do? get American Express to call you?

It’s been a week since my suspension, I have not done anything to deserve this. I even registered a 2nd account I was saving just to be able to post here.
Please enable access to my main account Zagan.7318. I have invested countless hours/weeks/months (time is money) in this account and without any warning it got suspended for some reason I totally ignore. The worst part is not receiving any notifications from the support team. It’s been a week, please some sort of info would be highly appreciated.

It’s been a week and I am still awaiting info on why my account got suspended.
I believe the issue has been resolved but I still do not have access. Any sort of update would be highly appreciated. I’m a respectful player, relatively low profile and I never mess with anyone. Please enable access to my account.

I have resolved the account issue.
Please review ticket 121219-001928 which was created last Wednesday, I did not get a response to any of the questions in this, I was only informed that the case was being investigated and never found out why my account got suspended.
I found out what the reason was by my own means and the issue was resolved earlier this morning.
please review ticket 121224-002364 for more info on how the issue was resolved.
All I want is to be able to play my acc again. Any info on the procedure to reactivate it would be highly appreciated. I have been suspended without knowing the exact reason for it and without knowing for how long since last wednesday.
