You should be wrong. What fraud, i’m just play in game and get 40 lvl don’t purchase any illegal deals and etc. Can you explain in detail what’s going on. Any history of my illegal operation’s please… i think you understand my feeling that i’m lost my account not on the my fault.

Now i’m waiting 5 days… Still don’t get answer from support’s … ticket 121026-002028.

Still don’t understand why my account banned. No answer about that, no answer about help – nothing.

I’m lose all Halloween events. Guys are you serious? It’s just unfair, it’s so hard to unblock my account or what? Support’s humans or…? Please, be more communicative with people. We buy this game not for ban…

Okey boyz, i’m wait more then 3 days… CAN I GET HELP FROM SUPPORT’S? It’s a funny ban for nothing… I lost all my holiday days and 60$, are you serious? I’m sorry for rage, but it’s unfair… you have shortage of workers? I’m just want to play in GW2, i’m love it.

I don’t play in GW2 about three days. After that, I log in game and have a error account. Error code : 45:6:3:2114.

Can anyone help me?Communication is very bad with players. How you can write “someone will contact with you as soon as possible”. It’s possible value minimum 3 days… and i still don’t have answer… I waste my money for nothing? I hope you can help me, supports.

Hello, support. I don’t play in GW2 about 3 day’s. Now, today, i’m can’t log in. I have error code : 45:6:3:2114. That’s my account despended for issue… Terrible. I ask to support and mail them and get answer (think from robot) :
- Your Guild Wars 2 account e-mail address used to make the purchase of the game.
- The Guild Wars 2 serial code registered to your account
- Your Guild Wars 2 serial code purchase Order ID provided in the receipt of the purchase (if available
- Last 4 digits ONLY of the credit card used to make purchases for your account
- Your billing zip code or postal code.

I buy GW2 from internet site. I don’t have any credit card or something else. I only have a serial code and my account. Why I have this issue? Why support’s can help me shortly? (i’m waiting about 9 hours) Can someone, moderator’s on anyone else, help me with this problem.
