My first ticket was writed 5 days ago, where is the answer from the support? I need to recieve my account back as fast as possible cuz its my brother’s birthdat present and he (I am) is guild leader of one of the fameous guld from the guild wars 1. Now he can’t uprade it and it’s going down. Please, do something with it as fast as possible. My last refference is 120912-006007. With regards.

Few days ago i writed a support ticket because of hacked account. The most importand think is the fact that was a birthday present for my brother, the biggest guild wars fan. We was playing together and now he is waiting about a week for reset his password and mail. Its sad that his present is useless now. Please, do it fast ArenaNet because its a little unfair now.

I closed all my tickets and created new one. Recived reply after 10min and now im unbanned. Here is a reason of perm.
‘Your account was accessed by an unauthorized individual who used your characters to advertise a website that sells in-game items for real world currency.’

Now i think i have to wait another 9+ days for any reply..

Now i created the only one ticket (the rest closed) and i hope now its ok.
and one thing… i created another ticket becouse my previous was bad.. i didn’t select ‘account hacked’ just account issue. So why they change status on duplicated if i trying to make ticket like they said (from their guide)??
Im really angry and i dont have words to describe this situation.. If i delete my incorrect ticket (only this is still updated) and create the new one, i will have to again wait 1010120301203021032103021 days for any reply…
Epic logic.. Instead of check what i have to say they prefer change status.. logic..
If my ticket has status : duplicated that’s mean it will be checked by cs or just they dodge my request?

Hey, i get banned at 08/30/2012 and till today i send 3 tickets… I get one answer but it was’nt satysfing. In ticket i past what error show when im trying to log in to accoutn (Your Guild Wars 2 account has been terminated for engagin in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-world money, which is a breach of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. This action is permament.). Then i recieved answer from CS :
Thank you for taking the time to contact the Guild Wars Support Team. If you’re receiving a message saying your account has been blocked due to inappropriate behavior (error: 45) the first thing you should do is look at the in-game message shown at the login screen when you attempt to login, where you will be informed if you were suspended for an offensive name or for inappropriate behavior (usually chat).
That shows they are don’t read my ticket just send me prepared answer… After that i read on reddit how i have to report my issue. I did it, first ticket send 09/03/2012, zero answer, another one 09/05/2012, zero answer till today. In these ticket i include my 25 digit number, email, display name.
Im really disappointed becouse i play only 2 days and get permaban… 8 days perm for nothing (account hacked) and zero answer… It’s really frustrating that i paid for 2 days play…
