I have noticed this on my Ranger as well as my Thief.
I can be standing there doing absolutely nothing (pet even in passive mode) and be attacked while other members in my party beat on mobs and not draw any attention to them.
If for some reason you did not receive your portal stone you can obtain one from an NPC located in Lions Arch.

Try Antique Gold? Every character has it as it’s a Starter dye.

In the creation of a Necromancer personal story you choose the Ghostly Wraith as your symbol and you will have the ‘glowy eyes’
Correct.
That area does not unfog.
Compare with the map on the wiki and other Krytan maps for any discrepancies.

I thought this fix was in the patch notes for an update they did a long time ago but i could be wrong… I know that you can transmute cultural weapons (I’ve seen race x running around with race y weapons in game) but I don’t think you can transmute cultural armor anymore??
Cultural weapons are not bound by race so no transmutation required.
Turn audio to a language other than English and you can’t hear him anymore
This is my preferred setup.
All skill keys bound to the first 2 top rows.
I like to be able to dodge easily so bound double tap functions to the directional pads and am able to switch weapons on the fly with the scroll wheel button.

The Light and Plated pistols share the same model as the Seraph Pistol
(which according to the wiki is the t3 human pistol)
I believe I may have found a temporary solution to this problem (until it gets fixed).
I tested this three times and it worked every time.
After the speech by Lord Kitah, jump up on top of the door that wont open and interact with it from there.
You will get a message saying that the door will not budge and some Risen will spawn in that first room.
After defeating them jump back on top of the door and you can get it to open and continue with the mission.
Likewise on Stormbluff Isle.
Door will not open when you interact with it.
It can actually be very simple to find any areas you may have missed using the wiki albeit a bit of work is involved.
