That answers all my doubts about the topic
Some traits have a certain health threshold to activate a certain utility like example
Defy Pain — Activate Endure Pain when you are struck while below the health threshold
Or
Last Refuge — Use Blinding Powder when your health reaches a certain threshold
Do this kind of traits require the utility to be in the slot to be activated?
Not sure if I’m posting it right since this is my first post
