Guild Wars 2

On the last boss in Path 3 that does the falling rocks, Warmaster Grast’s shield is mistimed and at some points it doesn’t shield at all. There is no way to avoid the falling rocks that will 2 or 3 shot the entire party. I have tried it 5 times now and we always die with the first set of falling rocks.

My friend put in ticket 1091349 7 days ago. He did everything the GM asked him to do to get his account unlocked but its been 4 days since he heard anything.

EDIT: It is now 8 days. 5 days since we have heard form Arenanet. I have contacted NC Soft and Arenanet via Twitter and Voicemail. Still nothing. This is all just to get an account unlocked that was compromised months ago during an absence from GW2. I think it is worth pointing out that WoW, the games biggest competitor, has this ability available online and can be done in under 30 seconds. Not 8+ days.

My alternate account is currently suspended because somebody from Russia tried to log into it. I’ve changed my password, secured email account, and everything. I’m currently working on day number 8 of this ticket and my account is no more unlocked now than it was more than a week ago. This is absurd! I just came back to GW2 after an 8 month break and I have to admit, I’m not so excited about coming back anymore.

Is this normal?
