Okaay this just happened to me, don’t know if you could fixed it or not but if you point with your cursor at almost the top of that screen you’ll see it change, try clicking everywhere at the top of the screen and the game will crash, open it again and the game should be fixed

Oh yeah, I did it! I suggest that was a graphic bug, now I can play without any problems!
Thank also to the staff of ArenaNet, they answer me yesterday!
