Anet, how can you say you think you gotten everyone out when clearly there are still a substantiation amount people stuck?

This is ridiculous customer service, and you wonder why the amount of people remaining within the game is decreasing?

still here with both teams

Can we please be unstuck – its ridiculous we’ve been here this long already

Stuck as well – both teams, we are now just endlessly killing each other after truce dance party which last for 15 mins

So after the first round of the first tournament, we are stuck in the match and cant leave — even switching chars doesnt work? Its the same for all players in the match

Anyone else have this, or is there something we’re missing
