I have repaired the game and didn’t solve the issue.

My character is male Norn warrior, his animation does not show. but my male Asura engineer can see the animation.

I tested all settings and I still can’t see the animation, my friend can’t see the animation too.

One year ago my friend bought this super shield skin to me, just like the video, shield will rotate, the sword will be inserted into the shield.

But now shield does not rotate, sword directly displayed on the shield.
