Guild Wars 2

This is the .txt I got after running the app they tell you to run.

I kept trying to run the game all of today and kept getting this internet connection error. I tried disabling my antivirus and still nothing. I uninstalled it thinking this would work and now I can’t even reinstall it because of the same issue. I have up-to-date drivers on everything since this is the main response to this. What is going on? Do I have to physically connect my computer to the internet via ethernet cable instead of my wifi?? Please help.
