I think it has SOMETHING to do with the utility primer. I have this issue, and have had it for days now. But the primer has worn off. I’ve used a tonic, and it helps, but as soon as I sheath and unsheath I’m in this fake stealth graphic again. I really don’t feel like waiting 13 years on a ticket just to fix this stupid graphical issue. It’s not just me either. Characters in game see my character as stealthed.
Editing this because the issue is now fixed. I’m 100% sure the problem starts with the Utility Primer, as after it wore off I was able to tonic and finally be normal. However, with the primer on, a tonic still couldn’t make me ‘Unstealthed’ unless the primer was gone.
Well there’s a few things that could be the issue here. First, what map is it on? Second, do you have any way of monitoring hardware heat? It sounds like the CPU is straining to keep up or thermal throttling itself. If it isn’t heat, I wouldn’t mind checking out that map myself and seeing if it’s maybe a certain graphical option or something.
For some strange reason, whenever I unsheath my weapons on my Elementalist, and only my elementalist, my character becomes ‘steathed’. Only, it’s just the stealth graphic, I’m not actually stealthed. Other players can see this graphic, so it isn’t a client sided issue on my end.
Exactly as title says. My character gains the visual of a character in stealth, but my Elementalist definitely isn’t going into stealth everytime I pull my weapons out. Any ideas?
