Same here, unplayable during prime time, ppl warping all over the place in WvW, freezes then 400% catchup, skill delay (pve which i never had)..

Dunno if its due to a lot of ppl being in holiday in my country or smthing, but it has to be fixed..

Same here, i5 3570k and GTX 560ti.

This happens to a lot of member of my guild (30+) and it is quite gamebreaking in the sense that you are never able to say how many enemies attack you, them being not rendered.

Once they render, then our allies/other enemies then turn invisible (not instant, rather after being a X distance)

Has to be fixed, please Anet please.
