Anything from the devs? Any news?

Since around November 1st, upon logging into the game, my mobile authenticator isn’t being requested for login to be completed. I thought it may be a temporary hitch, so I re-activated the authenticator, and the same problem. It simply doesn’t ask for the authentication. I’m worried now because my account is much more vulnerable. Is there any way this can be fixed quickly, and are other people experiencing this as well?

We desperately need an authenticator option. I’d gladly pay whatever amount for it. I’m receiving multiple emails telling me there have been login attempts on my account from places like Tokyo. I run a very large guild and buy gems. I can’t afford to have my account compromised. Why on earth didn’t we get authenticators at launch? WoW, ToR, even Runescape all have authenticators. We need them! Please read this and give us the option to buy an authenticator!

Your bank can’t do anything. You’ve legally agreed to own that account. The ToS matters y’know.

Once you’ve registered a serial key, you’ve accepted the Terms of Service and can not be refunded

Is it a refund for buying the game, or a refund through the gem store?

I am already receiving emails about login attempts on my account from Tokyo. Please, PLEASE let us buy authenticators for our accounts. I can’t trust my account security to just my email, which has been hacked before, despite changing my password regularly. I don’t care what it costs, I’ll pay for it. I’ve been hearing how easily others have been hacked, and I have too much irreplaceable content on my account that I can’t afford to lose.

Why has there been no mention of this by the developers? Blizzard has authenticators for all of their games, even Runescape does. We NEED these and need them now.
