First off thank you for all the fine advice I plan on trying all your tips xD

And I would suggest considering overclocking that CPU to 4.5-4.6Ghz. While the Single thread on the FX is slower then Intel, CPUs seem to do better on this game at 4.6Ghz~.

second I have a question about overclocking. I know how to do it, I’ve done my research. However I cannot decided weather my current cooling setup is sufficient to support it.

I have a Noctua NH-D14 sitting on my CPU and 7 120 mm fans in total. (2 intake on front and sides 2 exhaust on the top and 1 in back) Out of the box I have never seen my CPU go over 37 degrees while stressed.

I was told go liquid cooling if i plan on overclocking. I’m just mad nervous about leaks and what not. Let me know what you think I am in the process of tweaking all of my settings :P

So I just built a new Computer and i was hoping I could get a solid 60 FPS with guild wars. However I was sad to find that I can barely hold 30 – 45 the game automatically puts me at Max settings. However even with everything set to low i cannot stay at a solid 60. I am at a loss, any advice is much appreciated.

Specs are as follows (DXDIAG):
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
CPU: AMD FX – 8350 (8 CPUs) , ~ 4.0 GHz
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 760
GPU Approx. Total Memory 4033 MB
