our sister from malaysia got banned, my brother who is the one buying things for her and sent her still got banned.

you guys are cool, supporting each other in guild and helping when mate got banned. Really like how you guys cherishing each other in the game.

This worries me now. I just purchased a set of Armor from the TP for my wife on her account, complete with runes. I also purchased some glue and stuffing so she could make 2 Wintersday pets. I mailed all of this stuff to her and during all of that I even got the mail suppressed message.

Am I now in jeopardy of getting my account banned?

My brother bought equipment on her own account and send to my sister. Both got banned.

Helping sister to up her crafting level and getting Equipment for her, in the end my brother (Singapore) and god-sister (Malaysia) got banned. Even she had auth my brother to log-in.

We gifted the Serial Code to our God-sister in Malaysia. As you know not all girls are well-Verse in Crafting like what and what combine get what, you ask her read, she keep saying don’t know don’t understand. In the end, My brother do for her. And now both got banned for 2 days still without news.

I just wondering is the mailing systems is use to ban player, then what in the first place it was created.

Reason:
1) If we can afford to purchase Guild War 2 Games, if we really meant to buy illegal gold, We could have buy in huge amount rather than just 10 to 50 gold by mailing and so kind heart to log into her account to “hack” her since there are nothing but a level 15 character, and helped her to level till level 80 by crafting.

2) Bought equipment in our own account and sent her. Which clever hacker would actually input items and gold instead of taking out gold and items from her account?

3) Is Guild wars 2 encourage us to be friendly, helpful or being “Mind our own Business” games?

4) Kindly impose something that allowing us to trade instead of making us using mail in the end got banned. If not using Trading post and with high tax rate? What is this?
No personal trade command, using mail and got banned.

I really have no ideas where this games is heading. Fear of player getting rich, fear of player sending items or gold. Fear of player doing trading other than using Trading Post with HIGH TAX.

If the Game Master fear of everything, then there is no reason this games suppose to be here, because all games is not perfect. But certainly not trying to be perfect by suspecting anyone or anything and started to implement auto banning to make job easy.

Trying to educate 300k of account holder to mind their own business is the culture of Guild Wars 2?

Or every in-games usage of mail, we must go support and send ticket to acknowledge the game master in advance? If that is needed. I really don’t mind to do it just to prevent banning for 2 days or more.

Anyway my Brother and God sister being Banned for 2 Days. What is next? Ban me for making such a post too?

Gold seller Mail gold to player? Oh, then you suggest to use what other way we can deal gold to our friends and guildmate?

If mailing of gold is not allow? why do you guys implement in the system to allow it in the first place? If Gold seller is doing it, we should and MUST NOT do it? So can i say, if gold seller is also playing in Guild War 2. So should we all Quit playing Guild War 2 since Gold Seller are playing too?

Well well, guess what guys?

Few of us friends and buddy actually started to play Guild War 2 since beta to now. One of my good buddy quit quite sometimes ago due to the concept of like able to trade and many things was like binding, etc …

After quite sometimes of persuading him to join back the team and start playing back being a player and a team of us. He finally agreed and joined back playing on christmas eve.

Guess what ???

Our Guild mate chip in gold and items (sell on market) to the treasurer. Later the Treasurer sent him the gold when he ( the one got back to play ) first got online start playing. Hours later, he got banned.

LOL, We went to his house to stay over celebrating x’mas and play together, we get him back playing and cause his account got banned? What is this? The System got him banned.

I personally think, this is a very bad issue because, it just mess up the fun and plan of player.

The ArenaNet FAILED to keep the games safe and they took it out on player, you receive gold and you got banned. I think years down the road. Where maybe some rich player plan to quit, they started to random sent gold and just get person who they hate banned. What is this? I think it’s not really fair as they claim to be a “Fair” system.

You FAIL to take care of the game and you input such system onto player who are playing, it’s like throwing a ball to the player. I suspect you, I ban you, If you are innocent, we un-ban you when we are free to review your case.

You wasted your customer times and spoilt their fun due to banning, No compensation? Just Unban and keep quiet about it? Is this the way your company is treating your customer?

After so long we manage to drag one of our friend back to play Guild War 2. Some of us even chip in Gold to welcome him back. So during his first day back on Christmas Eve. He came back to play, and one of our guild treasurer sent him gold as a form to welcome him back and help him to get on with his gear.

Today, the friend who was first day back, was discovered banned. With the message

" Your Guild Wars 2 account has been terminated for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-world money, which is a breach of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. This action is permanent. "

We talk him back into playing the games and in the end, on his first day, he received the gold which our friend chip in to help and our Treasurer just sent him and later he got banned.

What is this ???? If sending of money is illegal, why not make everything Account binding and un-tradeable. If Sending gold is illegal, why don’t the developer disable the function?

So what is the rules? Sending of gold is not allowed?
