Ok it’s been 5 day since I submitted the ticket and 9 days since i have been able to log in

Also another tip is may be let blocked account access the forums so we don’t have to get on other accounts to post

I am seriously close to just uninstalling the game. This by far has been my worst experience with customer service of any mmo I have played. My account wasn’t hacked but I still can’t play. This is something that would have taken a few minutes if you had a account phone service. I understand there are high volumes but I paid for a game and broke no rules and still can’t play. I hope this matter gets resolved quickly.
