Hello. Ripsinrapsin is a small community that started out as a couple of friends who didn’t want to run dungeons with pugs. Nowadays we are 10 men, with maximum peak online is 7, who does fractals and occasionally guild missions and dungeons. We are good at “old” PvE but too few to try “new”, e.g. raids. So, now we are looking for 3-4 people to reach 10 concurrent online for raids.

In short, main points about us:

• we are not a “guild” but a small community, so we woulnd’t require almost anything from you (like representation or mandatory participation), just play the game, do things with us and that will suffice
• we looking for people for raids but we can’t do raids now, so don’t expect to start raiding immediately from joining, it will take some time
• on contrary, immediately from joining you will find people to do fractals or dungeons, just don’t be kitteno ask
• we are good at game, we are not pro’s but we are definitely good

There are some requirements from us though:

1. Be patient and nice. Its our main demand. It will take some time before we find enough people for raids, so you gotta be patient. Like everyone else we would make mistakes and we don’t flame about it, we are trying to get better or helping others to get better.
2. Be willing to learn.
3. Have some skill. We don’t require much, because we are not experienced in raids either but at least you should be able to do high tier fractals at ease.
4. There will be some fractal trial runs, therefor you have to have 150 ar on at least one character.

Well, I can play on this level (with a little practice). At least on arah video I see standard clearing pattern that can be done intuitively by five good players even without communication.
And maybe my description sounds too harsh – when I wrote that I have no experience in pve teamplay I meant that I have never run in pre-made parties.

Hi, I’m looking for guild where I can find people to run dungeons (and occasionally fractals) with and do it in efficient way. I have no experience in PvE teamplay so I expect people to be friendly and willing to teach. In return I can promise that I always will be trying to improve my gameplay. In topic title I wrote semi-hardcore because I’m more inclined to speedclear rather than just smooth runs.

-My time zone is UTC +6 (Russia), you can find me online somewhere between 9 a.m. and 17 p.m. (UTC)
-I got TeamSpeak and willing to use it. My spoken English is not very good but that’s the reason why I’m looking for English speaking guild – I want to practice it.
-I will represent guild 100% of time.
