Well the only way to hide my miss matched hair accessory is to put on a hat :p

The colors are very limited when you create your character and as the hair accessory is part of your outfit I think that players should be able to change it after character creation.

Do you get the DE reward if you are logged out?

Flyfunner if you go to Caudecus’s Manor Story Mode Zojja stands at the fountain. Would be awesome if you could confirm what color it is

Its not possible to make a exact copy of Zojja as you already know, but to get as close as possible you choose:

smallest height, bottom left body type, bottom right face, middle left ears with longer length.

Face details: (decreased=slider to left; increased=slider to right)
increased eye width, decreased nose height at tip, increase both lips and mouth width, decrease both jaw options, decrease chin length and increase chin shape, increased head size .

Closest skin color is either dark cream or light brown, closest eye color is blue green.

I can’t sell nor buy. It’s really frustrating that I can’t get stuff I need to level my level 22 character!
