Cpu – AMD Phenom II X6 1100T
Gpu- Radeon HD 6870 not overclocked.
Ram – DDR3 8gig
AMD Drivers – 12.8

Running with 8-15 FPS everywhere atm, if i lower the settings it drops to 7-9 FPS

Having the exact same issue.I use to have an average fps of at least 60 until the last update, now i’m lucky if i can get over 15 fps and it doesn’t improve at all when i switch the lowest settings, it accualy gets worse when I go lower.
