Guild Wars 2

Hi,

Lv80 Human Ranger on Blackgate.

I’ve been playing Guild Wars 2 since launch; left the game when I hit Lv80; and been on hiatus for more or less than 6 months. A lot of things happened and changed. I’ve been looking for a guild that can help me in PvE, PvP and WvWvW.

I’m looking for a guild that can help me through PvE such as Dungeons and Fractals to get better equipments, hopefully a Legendary. And it will be a lot cool if the guild mainly composed of player from the Philippines (since it would be a lot easier to talk in the native language and lot easier to play with others in the same time zone, though this just if there are still some few guilds from the Philippines playing the game and reading the forums).

And as a member I will help the guild through Influence, PvP, WvWvW, Guild Missions and will do 100% Representation.

I’ll be more than happy to transfer server if needed.

There is a lot of threads here regarding about low FPS and Performance issue, not sure if it’s the game or the card, and its an i7 3770, I don’t think it can be overclocked, and like posted, I don’t plan to overclock it.

I’m planning to build a new computer, since my laptop is already 5 years old and is having a hard time keeping up with new games.

Here are the specs:
CPU: Intel i7-3770
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77 V
RAM: 2 Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600Hz CL9
GPU: XFX HD 7970 3GB/384bit
Monitor: Samsung S27A950D

I plan to play Guild Wars 2 in Ultra Settings ( maxing out all the available settings ), however it seems that with the HD 7970, you could only get a maximum FPS of 30-50 FPS, and can still dip to 20 FPS. Just wondering if I should just replace it with a GTX 680 either the 2GB or the 4GB model. I don’t plan to over clock the system.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
