My brother and I purchased the game on 11/21/12 and 11/22/12 using his credit card, and were both suspended on 11/26/12. He was not charged the approx. $120, meaning that the purchase did not process. I read on the forums about having to apply a new serial key to the account which I have just done, which has allowed me to post on these forums, but my account is still suspended. If you could please look into why I cannot yet access the game I would appreciate it very much!
