Guild Wars 2

Its not a big deal but the 250 use mystic salvage kit you make in the forge says “Account Bound” when it is actually soulbound. I am not sure which is the intended outcome for it to really be soulbound like the other salvage kits or for it to be account bound and is just bugged.
I made 4 with one of my characters since it was account bound instead of logging in each of my guys to make one, then had to buy more forge stones upon learning it was mislabeled or bugged.

I was running around on my 3rd 80 finishing up his world map when I noticed I got a survivor achievement. The only place I knew of this was on the monthly achievement page so I checked and was at only 6% complete. I know for a fact I was at 100% already and with my active gaming schedule the monthly is more of a daily thing for me.

I have already been banned once for something stupid so I want to know is this something I did by accident or is it intended? Do I need to log out and get a life?

What i’m wondering is: Why can’t you folks reboot the servers on a daily basis as a temporary fix for most of the bugs out there?

I am a very active player, working on my third 100% map completion but it is very difficult when nearly every zone has some skill point or event bugged to where it does not work. I understand that I can just move on to the next zone and eventually you folks will fix it but in the mean time a temporary solution would be to just do a quick restart of the servers. During the first week or 2 we would have almost nightly restarts so if you found an event that was bugged you just waited for the restart and then finished up your map. Lately it has been a very long time between restarts and the flaws in the system are showing through. It is a constant chat in almost every zone where someone asks about a skill point being broken and then 5 minutes later another asks about the same one.

any other POI other than the chantry of secrets 1/1 that might be off on its own? i’m missing 2 and have double checked all my maps to be 100%
