not sure i maintain 120 fps at almost all times it seems to just be cutting really weriod

I have been noticing that while playing guild wars i have been lagging a lot and was wondering how i could fix the problem. It is not my internet because i experiences no lag issues on my mac book pro with guild wars 2 Mac client. Is it the game effecting my computer or my computer having problems running the game. Lag experienced is screen delays almost as if it was my internet. Here are my computers spec’s:

Is there a program that i could use to help isolate where the source of the problem is ?

Will a Name Change feature ever be implemented into the game? an item “Name change contract” that was previously shown in the Black lion Trading Company now removed? what does this mean for the feature?

ANet we Want this to Happen, on a Redit post people made the reason for not implementing botting prevention, if this is the main concern make it for example 2000 Gems or something.
