Bought a box copy in the US for a friend in Canada- from everything I read, she will be able to use this without any issue in Canada. Can a rep confirm? Thanks! =)

Thanks but that’s literally all we have, as the account was never fully created, and never got any type of email with any info. We cant re-enter the CD key either, it says its already in use.

Guild Wars 2 is making my wife cry. ;_;
Why is that the focus? Why arent cases being solved first in, first out? My wife bought this game on 8/29 and has been unable to even create the account successfully, and the fix will probably take 1 minute. We just need an account to log in with >=|

Good idea, we did try logging in with the account we thought we had created after waiting for a while and seeing no email – but nothing would let us in and it actually says the email is not valid. And yes, it was actually a hotmail email

Bought a copy of game for wife on 8/29, we went through the account creation process via a serial purchased from best buy, never got a an account/confirmation email and the trying to reenter serial just says it is already in use. Also, it also never appeared in junk folders etc.
