In game email not reaching me and friend requests route to diffrent account!

I am not seeing anyone else post this problem, and for some reason when I try to create a ticket it says my Support Account is disabled. My apologies for posting here.
If I look up any of my own characters in the friend window and try to add them, it seems to work, but adds a DIFFERENT ACCOUNT to the list. This was recently brought to my attention by a friend who has been trying to email me in-game and then friend me.
ie… if I add “Bob” to a friend list, it shows up in my contacts as Kazah.6259 not Zvinn as it should. And “Bob” does not seem to receive any email in-game except spam. It is very odd.
I am not certain if this friend is on the same server as me, or not, I forgot to ask and don’t know if it matters.
Has anyone else had this problem? I can log in fine, so I do not think my account has been “hacked” and nothing has been taken or missing as far as I can tell.

I am having the SAME problem, but with a twist. I do NOT have a current support ticket, but went to open one, and got the same message. I can log into the game (or forums) just fine, but it said my Support Account was disabled.
In my case, the in-game email system is routing my email (or friend requests sent to any of my characters) to some other account!
I went to enter a support ticket and got the message about Support account being disabled.
Having the same problem on Anvil Rock. Was in guild just fine yesterday… today i cannot represent, even dropped from guild and re-invited… still won’t work.
