i was at the “The Steel Tide” and supposed to go to Victory or Death, but it went back to Chapter 7 again, precisely “Against The Corruption”

I finished the Story “The Steel Tide”. From the wiki page, it supposed to continue to “Victory or Death”, but somehow it got back to the chapter 7 story “Against The Corruption”. Anyone care to explain what happened with the personal storyline?, i’m sorry for being too demanding, but i really enjoy the storyline and wants to see the ending.
