This is happening to me too. Someone please fix this!

So, what you are saying is, I can no longer transmute runes/stats onto another piece of armor? wow that really sucks. I have 6 Eagle Runes I need to get off a temple set of armor. kitten , should have done that before the update. I hope Anet fixes this. I dont’ want to buy a whole new set of expensive runes

I am not sure if I am missing something or not, but here goes. I opened an achievement chest reward this morning and got some awesome pvp weapons and armor. However, the weapons and armor are soulbound and I can’t even use them for that profession. Is this an oversight and they will fix this?
