Guild Wars 2

In the new maps when you receive chest for exploring areas some of them are bugged. I can’t open green or blue reward chests! The game shuts down to desktop and when I log back in the chests are still locked. Any other colour chest open with no issues :/ I have 4 bugged chests sitting there with XP I need! Please fix
