I think this game needs to keep sPvP alive , and in order to do so it really needs :

1) diversity. First of all , like you said, more maps, more gametypes (DEATHMATCH, capture the flag etc.) that will allow you, the player to choose the best type that suits you.
2) to make available 2v2 and 3v3 arenas!!!!!!!!!! (deathmatch or objective based) … I think this would be great and easier to get in and not staying in queue for LFM or LFG, which is really a turnoff. Let us choose our play-style, not to be stuck with 5v5 mode. I’m just sayin…
3) RANKINGS … rankings are the best motivators that keep you going and wanting to be better than others. It gives you that impulse to want to be the best. Without rankings, you don’t know where you stand. Ranked 2v2, 3v3 , 5v5 arenas would be a great way to go.
4) to remove or do something about downed state…..i know it’s supposed to be an dimension-adder to make the battles more interactive, but it’s really just slowing them down and making the game more dull and frustrating….. for example i just downed 3 players 1v3, and all being downed it was impossible for me to kill them while they were using their cc abilities…..it really takes away all your skill-based fight that you just had and let’s you get owned by some knocked-down opponents. I don’t mind downed state in PvE , but in PvP it’s just annoying and taking all the fun out of the game. Needs to be reworked or just plain removed.
5) camera rework ! omg the camera…..being near a wall or in a tight spot is a fr33kin’ nightmare ! Let us zoom our way out of this !
6) More options to customize pvp weapons/armor….they are just so dull……put the option to insert more sigils, more runes so we can personlize it better, add more sigils/runes and weapon skins.

Well, i think that’s it for now, i know it’s kind of dreamy to hope that these suggestions will be one day implemented, but i hope the devs will at least look at them and take the right decision.

Totally agree, it would be nice to see some arena style deathmatches (1v1, 2v2, 3v3) and why not something different than conquest, like capture the flag, which is really fun !
They should also implement the rankings asap to give people something to fight for, other than glory and pvp level, which gets demotivating after a while …
It’s a great game so far, but it has potential to be a lot more, especially if they stated they want it to be an esport ….
