Can someone clarify something for me?

Will this ONLY be craftable during Halloween? Meaning, even if I have all the necessary items AFTER Halloween, I won’t be able to make it in the Mystic Forge?

I keep hearing people say that, but that sound ludicrous!

I hope I am posting this in the right place. Apologies if not!

The issue seen in my attached screenshot has been happening with greater frequency over time. This happens to me in any map (PvE, PvP, dungeons, etc…) at any time, completely obscuring my screen. Changing my graphics settings is my quick fix, as it snaps everything back into place, however it has happened to me on any graphics setting (from ‘best performance’ to ‘best appearance’).

I wish I could provide more detail as to what exactly causes it, but it does seem to happen at random as far as I can tell. So I’m not looking for an instant fix! Just wondering if anyone else has this problem or any ideas as to what I might be able to about it.

Just confirming that after today’s patch, this event/achievement are still bugged.

The champ DOES NOT ATTACK, making it impossible to get this achievement.

Help us Obi-Anet, you’re our only hope!

I am confirming that this event is still bugged.

The champion Thrasher DOES NOT ATTACK, making it impossible to get the “Bottom’s Up” achievement. He simply walks his path, letting players killing him.

Sounds like this has been bugged for a long time. Any chance of fixing this champs pacifism?
