So the other racial threads all seem to have this sort of thing going for it, so why not Asura?
Here’s mine: an Engineer named Flissa.

@Shardain:
9/10 for your thief.. I love the idea of a surname being a descriptive, rather than just, well, a surname. 10/10 for your silly warrior! Just because it made me smile.
Alright, I’ve got 3 humans:
Mesmer Noble named Saravati
Thief Commoner named Levi Halleck
Ranger Streetrat named Lara Waters

I like the feel of your name, both as a warrior and a scholar. 9/10.
My charr, also a Blood Legion warrior, is named Kiakoa Shatterspine.

As bad as this may sound (or as upset as people might get for me saying it), I miss the GoM / AR / BP matchup that went on for over a month. At least there we all got to take turns beating each other senseless in a more even pattern.
The only fun I’ve had this week was doing the BL JP while fighting 3v3 in the waterfall against some high-spirited HoD players.
People are going to complain about matchups any time they’re not winning. Fact of life there, unfortunately. So, let’s just keep trying and good luck to everyone. Earn your badges and I’ll see you on the battlefield!

mine is Aeria Gloris
[meaning: heavenly glory, space/aura of glory, glorious air/aura]
Yours sounds like an ethereal Valkyrie name. Pretty yet somehow fitting.
Mine is a Guardian named Signe the Aegis.

My level 80 elementalist, Lewelyth.
Also, my level 80 necromancer, Cú Sith. (Both in his Order of Whispers armor, and a close up of his face.)

Of my eight characters, I have three human characters. I know, I’m an alt-oholic.
My very first human was my Mesmer, a pretty girl named Saravati. This is a Sanskrit-derived name related to the goddess Saraswati, which means “she who flows/who has flow”. I was going for an Elonian feel to my character’s background, and hopefully I’ve achieved it.
My second is my Warrior, Cyra Saoirse. Cyra is Persian, and can mean either ‘bright/light’ or ‘throne’. Saoirse, on the other hand, is Gaelic and means ‘freedom/liberty’. She is named after the main female character in a series of short stories I am writing.
Last, but not least, I have my Thief, Levi Halleck. Originally, he was going to be Sylvari but I just couldn’t think of a good name. Levi is one I’ve always loved, and the surname Halleck is borrowed from Frank Herbert’s Dune series.

I really liked the Celtic feel to the Sylvari names, so I tried to stay within that for my own characters.
My main is my Elementalist, Lewelyth. It’s a Welsh name that means either ‘fire’ or ‘bright/shining’, which is perfect as I spend most of my time in Fire spec.
My other Sylvari is my Necromancer, who I named Cù Sith. That is aScottish Gaelic phrase meaning ‘barrow hound’; pretty fitting for a dagger-bearing hero from the Cycle of Night.
