Hi there.

As the title says i have been getting the “game+client+has+lost+connection+to+server” error several times in the time i have been playing and it has ALWAYS been during personal story missions.

I know that my connection didnt drop as i have always some streaming going or downloads and none of those seemed affected.

It has also happened in 2 different missions of the personal story , as im right now working on both personal story and the living world season 2 and i get the error in both.

Usually these come after a cinematic or scripted npc event.

I have NEVER gotten this error in open world , not with a wvw zerg going nor in a dungeon etc , and this is starting to get annoying as its stopping me from finishing these stories. When you get that error after about 35 minutes on “victory or death” mission its really discouraging.

Is there anybody with a similar situation or can anybody shed some help on this matter?

I have tried to do the “Victory or death” mission to end the personal story three times between yesterday and today and the three times it has crashed on the exact same spot.

After fending the 2 dragons and getting ready to board the larger vessel the game loses connection to the client after that cinematic. I was in a party in 2 of these occasions and the whole party got the same error.

While i understand that these connection issues arent that uncommon during personal story , crashing thrice in the exact same spot makes me believe there might actually be a larger bug.

Since those three crashes i have launched the repair tool and allowed it to run to full , then tried to do the mission again and got the same error on the same point.

Can anybody shed some light on this issue?
