I have sent out my information; yet, my account has not been recovered and I have asked many times, but I have got the response from Erick ONlY one time saying that escalating this issue to payment department.
I request to recover my account as soon as possible.
And if possible, provide me the contact number for related department. Thank you.
Because my account has been suspended and whenever I try to login through my account, it shows the message,“Your Guild Wars 2 account has been suspended for an account issue. Please contact Support for information.”
Therefore, I have left the message through Support; yet, I have not got any answers.
I don’t see any actions taken by Support.
Maybe I have to call them to resolve this issue. Does anyone know how I can reach to Support by phone?
