I found a solution, while killing the task when it locks up, I noticed the memory usage was 3.9+ GB. So, I changed the properties for the program to run with compatibility mode for XP SP 3. I have not had any additional lock ups.

I have been having this problem since I installed the game. I’ll be fine for 10-15 minutes, then the program locks and I need to switch into windows and end the process.

I have already tried the vendor’s suggestions and frankly, do not agree with what they asked me to do. Stopping all non Microsoft services and disabling all start up programs.

I have a T430S laptop, win 7 ent 64bit with 8gb of ram, it’s intel hd 4000 graphics but they’re more powerful than the minimum requirement, intel hd 3000.
