Well, I learned that I could not merge and have my post at the start, which was my intention. So here’s the scoop:

Situation: Player is unable to log in to the game, usually getting an Error 11, but sometime receiving another error code.

First, a question:

Are you using your e-mail address as your log-in name? Not display name, not character name, but your e-mail address as your Account Name?

Yes I’m using my email

• Ticket Number(s) #80370
• Date/time (time zone) issue started When i first bought the game, the first time I tried to log in. Yesterday around 3pm CST I think.
• What message/error code do you see? 11:1001:2:1270
• Is this a brand new account or an existing account?
  Brand spanking new.

I got a response to my ticket, y’all reset my password, sometime last night while I was asleep. I reset the password, and I was able to log into the website once. Tried to log into the game (again using my email) and it said it was wrong. I was still logged into the website this time, so I figured I’d reset my password. I got no errors or anything, so tried that password and still didn’t work.

I have no idea what I’m doing wrong, I just want to play the game I just bought.
