i got a little solution, it’s actually works but still
when u got that bug, and you wanna play? left click on the mouse and quick switch it to right button. and than it will work
you have to do this every single moment you wanna rotate the screen with the right click.

-EDIT: after i did this a few times, the bug has been FIXED-
