I have just found this out the hard way. Got the Huntsman one but couldn’t find it to craft, went back to the vendor to check and it says Recipe known. But i then noticed they are the wrong way around and i learnt the Leatherworker. Screenshots following to show.

‘Fix’ published today, can now SEE the rings in the forge but still can’t attune them, the Forge button is greyed out.

Bump in hopes the devs will see this and fix it soon.

Quick summary:

• infused Mist Band can’t be attuned
• ascended PvP armor (Ardent Glorious) can’t interact with the Mystic Forge for stat change, nor can it be salvaged
• icons for both Mist Band and Mist Amulet are falsely displayed as Bloodstone trinkets

I have a fix for this coming in the not too distant future.

But not in the 02/08 pacth….

I used these rings to get viper stats, would be nice to be able to attune them.

Just had this happen to my group, very annoying. Hope this kind kitten doesn’t happen to the latter dungeon’s.

happened to me in headstart, hasnt happened since. Pretty sure this has to be some quirk in the sound engine for GW2 as this has never happened in any other game.

Although as Nitrius said, this could also be some sort of driver conflict.

I also am getting this. Had it happen twice, once when fighting The Shatterer and once in wvwvw while taking a keep. Both times, lots of people. Crashed soon after on the shatterer but in wvw i just killed gw as it’s very loud and annoying :p
