Terribly lagging everywere last 5 days, ping 200-400 but it happens periodically

Hello,

I used salvage kit on my dangeon exotic armor accidentally when in a hurry I tried clean out my bags. I was shure exotic and rare armor must apply the confirmation message.
I think it is wrong, dangeon armor is very valuable.
