Hi for some reason my exotic transmuted Fervid Censer backpiece does not have an upgrade or even an infusion slot. When I preview the guild assassin backpack I’m able to see similar stats while having an unused upgrade slot. I have tried putting in orbs and exquisite jewels but it won’t accept them. Please help!

It’s the interaction with skills when you reflect projectiles (look at damage log and it says you hit x with y skill for z damage). It also works in FotM on on Maw to pull those Jade Collosses to you
